We are conducting a research study to understand cultural values, unmet needs and knowledge gaps related to providing care for someone with dementia or a related condition. We will use this information to develop resources on dementia caregiving for diverse caregivers.
Participation includes:
- Completing a brief survey about yourself
- Engaging in a focus group discussion about your experience providing care for a loved one with dementia or a similar condition
- The focus group will be audio-recorded.
- The session will take no longer than 2 hours.
- You will receive $25 for your participation.
To participate, please join our next focus group either in person OR by Zoom!
•When: Sat, April 20th, 10:00 am - noon
•Where: Healthy Lifestyle Hub 839 W. 79th Street Chicago, IL

•This focus group will take place in English
You can participate if you:
•Identify as Black/African American or Asian
•Are a caregiver of a person with dementia or a similar condition OR a community leader
•Are at least 18 years old
